    Main purpose of the role

    With ecommerce being core to our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Digital Content Specialist to help rapidly grow our ecommerce business across EMEA.

    Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you will be working closely with the in-territory sales and marketing teams, to develop and maintain best in class content and digital listings. A main aspect of the role will involve the use of data analysis to aid with forecasting, so we are looking for someone not only has an eye for detail and a keen interest in data analytics, but someone self-motivated and an expert user of Microsoft Office.

    This role may involve international travel in market training purposes and attendance of trade fairs.

    Key duties and responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

    · Work closely with internal teams to create and manage best-in-class content for the UK market, as a foundation for pan EU roll out.

    · Provide internal training for EMEA teams.

    · Be responsible for upkeep of product listings and image library.

    · Create and manage brand pages across EMEA.

    · Obtain and upload relevant compliance documentation, working with the Hong Kong team.

    · Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings and address any issues internally.

    · Support with implementation of online marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.

    · Proactively monitor and report counterfeit listings and infringements.

    · Maintain high level of Listings Health Score on Amazon

    · Support in-territory teams with roll out with agreed timescale, after home markets.

    Education and experience

    · Experienced in Ecommerce channel (ideally 2 years) with Amazon

    · Experience in a fast-paced, consumer goods or licensed sector

    · Confident working with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Desirable:

    · Fluent in a second language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch)

    · Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce work at a high level of accuracy.

    · Able to handle multiple projects with deadlines simultaneously.
