My client in the crypto wallet are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our talented team through the next phase of growth.

As the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our flagship wallet application.

Key Skills

Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
Hiring contractors to join the team on a project by project basis.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency fundamentals.
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Agile).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for cryptocurrencies and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and developments.

Day Rate: £750-£900 p/d - Outside IR35

Length: 18 months

Role: Hybrid (1 day a week in London office)
