The Role
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will support hiring managers and the wider HR Team in a variety of recruitment tasks.
Identifying recruitment needs, you will use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates directly including social media platforms, job boards, networking events and job fairs.
Liaising with the HR Manager and Hiring Manager, you will assist in the design of job descriptions and interview questions, assess candidate information via the applicant tracking system and provide guidance and training to managers on interview techniques.
