    Good, because you have the unique opportunity to join our growing in-house proclaim department, working alongside other specialists.

    You'll train our staff in the use of Proclaim to get the most out of the system, to be more efficient and to ensure quality of data.

    Reporting into our Proclaim Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day help desk queries, identifying training needs and work through BAU requests, delivering this across multiple office locations.

    This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexibility in terms of location.

    The role can be based from various locations, including Yorkshire, the North East, the North West, and the Midlands, with the need to attend the Leeds or Harrogate office for team meetings every few months.

    Helpdesk support for users, day to day issue management, acting as first line support and escalating tickets to senior developers as required
    First line of contact with Access for logging issues and identifying recurrent issues and training needs.
    Spotting trends in helpdesk tickets, investigating and resolving the root problem to avoid future tickets.
