- A minimum of two years' experience as a manager or supervisor in a bar/restaurant
- No other commitments, must be available weekdays and weekends.
- Having café, restaurant, and bar experience
- All round experience on the bar, the floor and the kitchen
- Licence holder would be preferable although training will be provided
- Zonal Aztec system experience would be helpful

The Orchard offers classic meals with a modern touch, using locally sourced seasonal produce. In addition, the Orchard offers a wide selection of beers, wines and spirits, with an extensive range of whiskies.
As part of our established team, The Orchard Bar & Restaurant is looking to hire a Deputy Manager.
About You
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and are seeking an assistant position where they will be comfortable leading a team of experienced staff in a fast-paced environment.
Once settled in, the successful candidate will likely work under the General Manager for a period and be asked to perform relief manager duties to cover general manager holidays. Additionally, in 2025 or 2026, there will be scope for progression to the General Manager position.
