- Provide H&S advice & risk/compliance solutions within business offices environment.
- Assist the team in creating engaging and interesting content around H&S in the workplace, including video content.
- Perform audits on policies, procedures and company processes, to ensure safe systems of work, delivering reports within SLA timeframes.
- Undertake accident and incident Investigations.
- Identify EHS risks and advise on mitigation strategies to reduce risk/exposure.
- Assist in continually improving H&S standards within the workplace.
- Health & Safety Degree or similar qualification + ideally IOSH membership
- Demonstrates a passion and enthusiasm for conveying the importance of H&S in the workplace.
- Min 3-5yrs experience in an H&S capacity ideally within a creative work environment.
- Preferably experience across global offices, including Europe & the US.
- Experience translating general H&S content into creative and manageable 'bites'.
- Working on projects including video content to deliver the H&S message across the business.
- H&S audit experience within business environments.
- Confident communication, presentation & reporting skills.
- Highly client / customer centric, strong relationship building skills.
- IT / technically savvy in terms of adapting to various software packages with ease.
