    Call Centre Consultant- UK

    Location: Birmingham city centre

    Being one of the leading companies in the real estate industry, JLL gets an average of at least 2,500 telephone enquiries per month. You will be part of a growing team of customer service and sales consultants servicing multiple lines of business within JLL UK, Europe and the Middle East. You will work within a back-office team, based in Birmingham but handling enquiries for the whole of the UK. This role is focused on the client journey and smooth handling of telephone enquiries. This is an on-site and full-time role, working for 40 hours a week between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

    Responsibility:

  • Answering inbound calls on behalf of multiple JLL departments:Establishing the nature of the call,Qualifying the caller to the extent defined by the relevant department,Establishing the key information points from the caller,Passing the lead on to the relevant department as smoothly and efficiently as possible
  • Salary package: £25,000.00 per annum
