    We are seeking a Senior Manager Market Access who will play a vital role in ensuring optimal market access for our client's product portfolio in the UK. Collaborating closely with the Market Access & HEOR Director, you will have the chance to make a substantial impact.

    Key Details:

    • Full-time, hybrid (office and home-based) - Uxbridge

    • Proven track record of successful HTA submissions, particularly in oncology.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Devise and execute national PMA strategies for maximum market access and brand performance.
    • Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate and sustain relationships with national payers and policy makers to secure favorable market access conditions.
    • Reimbursement Engagement: Engage with reimbursement and policy maker authorities to ensure product reimbursement aligns with pricing strategy.
    • HTA Dossier Coordination: Coordinate and assist in the preparation of national HTA dossiers for pipeline products, ensuring top-notch submissions.
    • Data Guidance: Provide direction for generating essential pharmaco-economic and RWE data for favorable market access.
    • Support for Regional Managers: Offer guidance and support to Regional Market Access Managers in tailoring solutions to regional needs.
    • Internal Stakeholder Support: Monitor and communicate vital market access trends, offer training, and develop internal resources.

    Essential Skills:

    • Postgraduate qualification in Health Economics or related field.
    • Substantial experience in UK HEOR/HTA/Market Access roles within pharmaceutical or consultancy sectors.
    • Strong numerical skills and expertise in health economics modeling.
    • In-depth understanding of UK HTA methodology and processes.
    • Ability to excel in a matrix environment with outstanding project management skills.
    • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
    • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, aligned with company values.

    Desirable Skills:

    • PhD qualification in Health Economics or related field.
    • Experience operating at a Senior Manager level in a UK role.
    • Track record of HEOR publications.
    • External involvement in MA Policy Industry groups (e.g., ABPI).
