About You
Are you a supportive team member, who is committed to ensuring the highest standards of care in an elderly care home environment. With an understanding of the required legislations of the role such as Safeguarding frameworks, Health and Social Care Act, Health and Safety and Work Act and Mental Capacity Act?
Are you passionate about care? Do you have an NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or working towards) with a minimum of three years' experience as a Deputy Manager of a residential / nursing home?
Have you got experience of working in Nursing or Care Homes and are looking for a new challenge?

Salary - £43,500 - £54,500 depending on experience
Quarterly bonus of 15% of salary based on performance against SMART objectives totally within the jobholder's control
CQC Registration Bonus - £1,000
CQC Inspection Bonus - £4,300 for all 5 Goods on Key Questions or £8,600 for an overall Outstanding Rating

On-call - We believe in all our team having quality time off with no interruptions from work. Therefore we have put an on-call in place that ensures that our home managers are never on-call at weekends, and only over-night Monday to Thursday each week
Shares in Jasmine - This role is eligible for shares in the company subject to certain criteria being met over a twelve month period
NVQ Training - We pay the course fees for all NVQ qualifications and offer a bonus for all team members upon successful completion of them. For Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care, the bonus paid is £500
About the Essential Experience you must have
A minimum of three years' experience as a Deputy Manager of a residential / nursing home
NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent and willing to study for NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7 (or a registered nurse)
Must have an understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2012, Care Act 2014 and CQC Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and Regulated activities of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014
Full Driving Licence
Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
About the Preferred Experience you would ideally have
NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7
Three years' experience as a Manager of a residential / nursing home
