The Job

The Company

A renowned top M&E Sub Contractor have an immediate requirment for a Senior Electrical Estimator.

Working predominately on commercial projects ranging between £100k to £40m, they are looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator to expand their Estimating team based down in the Berkshire area.

With a turnover of £160m, our client is at the forefront of the Building Services Industry.

The Role

Responsilbilities:
At least 5 years+ experience within electrical estimating.
Liaising with consultants and clients
Take off's, obtaining & vetting supplier & sub-contractor quotations
Validation of Contracts, negotiation of Sub-Contracts and Domestic Sub-Contracts
Monthly Financial Reviews, cash flow forecasting
Attending mid-tender and post tender interviews with clients and designers.
Finalising tender submissions and completing presentation documentation

Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrate a clear understanding of Electrical systmes in building services.
Common sense, competent to work on initiative and team player is a must.
Time management and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and communicate at all levels and have the ability to learn and adapt very quickly
Computer literate in in Microsoft Office and Estimation

You will be required to travel to site and the regional office in London on occasion.
