Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Performing administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Ensuring actions or requests are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Communicating with advisors and insurance providers, transferring them to the correct department
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases of insurance policies and transactions
  • Preparing reports and statistics on insurance activities
  • Updating and maintaining customer records and databases using our CRM system
  • Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements for a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Experience in customer service or an administrative role desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problemsolving skills
  • A positive attitude and a customeroriented mindset
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ideally, familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and principles

Hours: 8:30 - 4:30, 1 late per week (12-8), 1 Mid per week (10:30-6:30) 1 in 6 Saturdays 9-4
