- Post-graduate level qualification in relevant subject/field
- Equivalent experience working in a communications, PR or marketing role
- Degree qualification or equivalent in relevant subject
- Knowledge of building relationships with key external stakeholders
- Understanding and knowledge of budget management
- Good knowledge of how to design and execute effective communication strategies
- A working knowledge of how the media operates across print, broadcast and electronic media
- Experience of commissioning design work

This role will play a vital role as a fixed-term role as part of the project team that will be working to revolutionise how patient care is provided across Sherwood Forest Hospitals, working as part of a dedicated project team who will be tasked with delivering a Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system over the coming years.
Reporting to the Head of Business Change & Benefits, the EPR Programme Communications Lead is responsible for developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities for the EPR programme, while working as part of an extended part of the Trust's core Communications team.
