    Why join us?As our new Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for the accounts payable process in the UK and Ireland, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.

    The team will rely on you to run the accounts payable process, and you will be liaising with stakeholders across multiple offices, and a variety of external suppliers, clients, contractors etc.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.
    Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runs.
    Managing and resolving supplier queries including supplier statements until completion.
    Collaborating with internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues.
    Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting system.
    Assisting the wider finance team as required.

    QualificationsThis is an administrative position that will give you ownership of the whole accounts payable process for the UK and Ireland.

    It could be the right role for you if you can evidence the following criteria:
    Experience in a similar position, independently processing invoices from reception to payment.
    Agility with Microsoft Excel, and a finance software.
