Cyber Security Design Engineer (Leading Bank):

Perm.
Hybrid (3 days remote/2 office based).
Manchester.

- £60,000-£75,0000 (depending on exp).

Company and role for Cyber Security Design Engineer (Leading Bank):
Our client is a household name within the banking industry and one of the leading banks in the UK. We're looking for Security Engineer/Security Consultant with a mixed knowledge of Cyber Security domains and design experience.

Key responsibilities for Cyber Security Design Engineer (Leading Bank):

Work multi-functionally liaising with different stakeholders and technology teams to ensure security by design is embedded across all change areas.
Heavy involvement in key change initiatives, authoring secure designs and guiding on implementation of security controls.

Essential experience for Cyber Security Design Engineer (Leading Bank):

Strong proven Security Design experience.
Experience articulating and writing technical solutions.
Experience showing interconnection, authentication, protection of data etc.
Identify against threats and vulnerabilities.
Certifications in CISSP/CISM/CCSP or similar

Desirable skills Cyber Security Design Engineer (Leading Bank):

Awareness of industry related security standards such as ISO 27K, PCI DSS, COBIT etc.
Defining security design and implementation of solutions.
Experience in reviewing the outcome of testing.
Understand Security controls in multiplatform environments (private or public cloud).
