Our clients are looking for a highly successful experienced Estate Agent to join the Northolt Branch as a Sales Manager.

This is a chance to join an award winning Estate Agency who enjoys market share in the area and offers a structured career path.

As the sales Manager you will be required to:
Maintain the largest Market share of any agent in the area

Continue to Maximise revenues and grow the property register

Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations

Manage/develop the performance of employees.

Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience

Be driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement

Be able to work effectively managing a team

Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times

Be a car owner with a full driving licence

In return, you can expect to receive:
A Generous Basic Salary with uncapped commission.
