- Demonstrate the skills of a seasoned fundraiser with a keen eye for identifying potential prospects.
- Foster and expand the current roster of events and fundraising initiatives while exploring fresh opportunities.
- Take charge of individual event profit and loss statements in collaboration with the Finance Manager, ensuring meticulous paperwork and thorough supplier research.
- Formulate comprehensive sales plans, actively promoting events, and securing sponsorships as needed.
- Develop essential event collateral, including guest packs, design elements, PR and marketing briefs, and briefings for guests and VIPs.
- Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders, suppliers, beneficiaries, participants, and guests to establish effective partnerships.
- Execute on-the-day event management responsibilities.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a supporter database.
- Conduct post-event debriefs, evaluations, and implement improvements for future events.
