Commercial IP/ IT Solicitor, NQ+, Bristol To: £70,000

OPPORTUNITY: Our client is a specialist boutique Corporate Commercial practice looking to expand its department with a junior solicitor. It is recognised in both Chambers and L500 for its Commercial work.

WORK: Your work will be varied and you can expect to be working as part of a partner-led team. Key attributes include:

• A good understanding of commercial contract principles and drafting;
• Good technical ability and strong desire to ensure work is correct and meet the client's needs and objectives;
• A keen interest in technology and how the law applies to technology;
• Strong desire to learn and develop;
• Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions;
• Commercial acumen and ability to understand the commercial drivers for clients.

BACKGROUND: Ideally you will be a trainee (with a commercial seat) or a junior commercial solicitor and have a proven track record.
