What to expect:


Reporting to the Technology Enablement Director you will own the coordination of activity across the Technology Enablement function ensuring alignment of all technology pillars in relation to governance, resource planning, budget management and risk.


You will support technology leaders with reporting, develop and coordinate governance forums, coordinate resource requirements and work with the Director to ensure any new emerging technologies align with the future vision of technology.

You will be accountable for projects and initiatives as required, support the preparation and delivery of meetings and be the point of contact for invoice queries supporting with resolution.


This really is a great opportunity to play an important role in the smooth operation of a vital area within Post Office Technology.

You will need to be proactive and creative in your thinking as you provide administrative support coordinating the teams within the function.

What you'll need to succeed:


To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate high levels of proactivity and seize opportunities to continuously improve and support cost saving initiatives.

With previous experience of working within a large, complex business, you will possess:


  • Excellent organisational, time management and workload prioritisation skills with the ability to work to tight and conflicting deadlines.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management experience with previous experience of partnering business leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with high levels of gravitas
  • Strong computer literacy including excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • A highly collaborative demeanour with experience of coordinating a range of teams
