    CRM Manager

    Very competitive salary

    Hybrid working – 1 day a week in the office

    West Yorkshire

    Forward Role are working with a high growth e-commerce retailer to recruit a CRM Manager to take ownership and manage the CRM strategy and CRM communication plan.

    You will have an in-depth understanding of the customer base, build effective customer segments and continuously search for ways to optimise growth through producing an outstanding email programme that engages customers.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Join forces with the wider business to build an email content schedule that supports the main trading seasons and business goals
    • Manage email from end-to-end (planning, briefing design, distribution, reporting)
    • Use every available tool to include personalisation and dynamic content into emails
    • Outline an email segmentation model
    • Create and oversee automated email campaigns and carry out frequent reviews to improve performance against CRM KPIs
    • Build test plans to make sure there is constant learning and optimisation of email performance
    • Analyse campaigns and report on performance.
    • Grow email list

    What you will need:

    • Proven experience in a CRM Marketing role
    • Strong understanding of data segmentation
    • Expert knowledge of automated programmes and a number of ESPs
    • Analytical mindset with a creative flair
    • A passion for CRM
    • Ability to work with teams across the wider business
