Waiter/Waitress to join their team.

£24,000 per annum FTE (£12,000 per annum pro rata)

Waiter/Waitress - The Role:

As one of the four Inns of Court, we are proud to provide support, education and accommodation to barristers at every stage of their careers.

We are looking for 1 full-time person (40 hours per week) & 4 part-time people (20 hours per week) to join us as Waiters/Waitresses.

To work under the supervision of the Catering Assistant Manager in the preparation for and the serving of lunch and otherevents at the Middle Temple in accordance with the high standards expected by the Catering Assistant Manager and by the members and customers of the Inn.

Waiter/Waitress - Key Responsibilities:

To assist in the preparation of the Hall or other rooms used prior to the lunch or event taking place
To ensure orders are taken promptly in a professional and courteous manner and that these orders are sent to the kitchen and delivered to the customer in a timely manner
To set up and clear coffee service in the Prince's Room and to assist with the preparation and clearing of meeting rooms as required
To monitor and ensure all equipment is in working order and report any faults to the relevant person(s)
