We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our inclusive and supportive schools across Hertfordshire.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and social development of students with a range of special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, both within the classroom and in small groups or oneonone settings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Facilitate the inclusion of SEN students in all school activities.
- Adapt resources and teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
- Monitor and report on students' progress to teachers and SENCOs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student wellbeing and development.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN.
- NVQ Level 2/3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo this check.
