    We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join the team here at Pretty Pragmatic.

    Marketing Campaign Manager

    £32,000-35,000 per annum

    Role Overview:

    As a Marketing Campaign Manager at Pretty Pragmatic, you'll work with the team to create captivating digital ad campaigns across social & search that make our clients stand out from the crowd and deliver powerful performance.

    The main aspects of the role will be:

    • Google Ads Management - creating, managing and optimising search campaigns and performance max activity.
    • Social Ad Management - managing ads across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok primarily. Reviewing performance metrics and using those insights to inform creative briefs, suggest new ideas and make improvements.
    • Strategy & planning – you'll help devise the ads strategy to make the most of a budget and reach the right audiences, creating marketing campaign calendars and plans.
    • Creative briefing – briefing and reviewing ad creative with our designers and copywriters. Advising on what's working, opportunities to do new things, competitor reviews and generally having an eye for a great ad.
    • Reporting & recommendations – reviewing the performance of ad campaigns and website analytics to see where improvements could be made and make recommendations, provide insights, and propose future activity.
    • Ideas & innovation – staying on top of new ad opportunities to make sure our clients can get the most out of the latest formats and platforms.

    Who we're looking for:

    You'll have a number of years experience working in a marketing role within an agency or marketing department – and specifically working with paid digital activity.

    Specific skills you'll have:

    • You'll live and breathe the ad platforms, knowing all the little details that make a big difference.
    • Good experience in Meta Ad Manager and Google Ads.
    • Some experience with other ad platforms is a bonus, particularly TikTok ads, Pinterest ads, YouTube, Google display and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
    • Experience with Google Tag Manager and configuring tracking to measure conversions.
    • Comfortable using Google Analytics and Excel to review performance.
