Consultant

As a Consultant you will deliver effective solutions to our customers - predominantly through our market-leading product, OneHub - ensuring that we use technology to create exceptional employee experiences.

You will be offering advice to customers on benefit options within the flexible benefit scheme, writing scheme designs for a range of products, working closely with the wider team to deliver on the agreed scheme designs, and proactively managing the customer relationship.

Responsibilities/Role Overview

Agreeing on the detailed scope of OneHub solutions with customers
Working with the customer to agree and measure project objectives
Creating and maintaining design documentation including both benefits designs and data specifications
Owning the design phase of customer projects, and alongside the Project Manager managing the customer and other third parties to achieve successful completion
Authoring test scripts
Coordinating customer testing
Being the design authority within Benefex for your schemes

What are we looking for?

Experience in being customer facing within the employee benefits/online rewards space, whether that be in an account management, customer success, implementation or sales capacity
Knowledge of employee benefits and associated tax structure
Someone with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as you'll be preparing customer documentation and reports, and regularly presenting to customers.
The ability to build relationships quickly at all levels and in varying types of organisations so that you are seen as a trusted advisor who can push boundaries, achieve results and exceed customer expectations.
You will also be able to prioritise and manage competing demands within a dynamic and fastpaced working environment.
Comfortable taking ownership for customers with a deliveryfocused outlook, proactively managing your own time, and being open to new ideas.
An eye for detail as you'll be responsible for creating the scheme designs and assisting through the testing process before the scheme goes live.
