Description
AFML are looking for a time served competent & qualified carpenter to carry out works for AFMLs off-airport division.


Job details:


Works include but are not limited to maintenance works / building fabric repairs & small projects for predominantly commercial clients.


Location:
This is a mobile role. AFMLs coverage area is Cambridge - Brighton (including central London) & as far West as Swindon.

Hours:
Predominantly 08:00 - 16:00 (flexibility regarding start & finish times will be required) (8hrs paid).

Previous maintenance & PDA experience is required for this role.


Employment type:
Self-employed (CIS)


Payment terms:
Week in hand, weekly thereafter


The role entails maintenance & project works, so a breadth of electrical experience will be hugely beneficial for this varied role.

A multi-trader background will also be hugely beneficial.

This role comes with the following:

Job requirements:

  • UK manual driving licence
  • Site experience
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS (already having an enhanced DBS would be a plus)
  • NVQ L2/3 Carpentry or joinery
  • Basic multi-trade background

Salary:
£22.00-£23.00 per hour
