    Our London office houses the majority of our commercial / demand creation functions going forwards, our Innsbruck HQ to manage the majority of our back office / IT / administration.

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    We're currently recruiting for the Senior CRM Specialist role to be responsible for delivering best practice in CRM and Loyalty by developing and managing customer retention activity. You will use data-driven insights to develop the CRM strategy and roadmap working closely with the Commercial Director to deliver exceptional growth in retention and LTV.

    YOUR TASKS

    · Newsletter Management:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive newsletter strategy that aligns with our overall marketing objectives.
    • Manage the newsletter content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communications with our audience.
    • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging and value-driven newsletter content.
    • Analyze newsletter performance metrics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.

    · Loyalty Program Enhancement:

    • Assess and enhance the effectiveness of our existing loyalty program to increase customer engagement and retention.
    • Develop innovative loyalty initiatives and rewards that align with our customers' values and expectations.
    • Work closely with data analytics to segment the customer base and personalize loyalty rewards and communications.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor loyalty strategies to ensure our program remains competitive and appealing.

    · Retention Rate Improvement:

    • Implement targeted retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
    • Utilize CRM tools to create segmented campaigns that address different stages of the customer lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with customer service and feedback teams to identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate customer insights into retention strategies.
    • Regularly report on retention metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • 4+ years experience in CRM, loyality program management or similar.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience and demonstrated success in high growth retail/ ecommerce.
    • Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices.
    • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
    • Hands-on experience working with ESP software (Emarsys preferred).
    • Excellent project management skills, Monday preferred.
    • Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Detail-oriented, with a capacity for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Eligible to work in the UK.
    • Willing to travel.
