    Description

    We are a top 5 consultancy specialising in tax relief products. Since inception in 2020, we have taken the market by storm and have established ourselves as the fastest growing company in the industry. This role is being recruited for at an exciting stage of our growth plans, as the department scales for growth.

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Liaising with HMRC, clients and accountants to determine tax relief benefit receipt
    • Issuing invoices and following up with clients for settlement of their accounts by telephone, letter and email
    • Resolving claim disputes and errors
    • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deal with client queries quickly and accurately
    • Maintaining and updating client files to ensure consistent and accurate information
    • General finance administration
    • Coordination and a point of contact for client queries
    • Ad-hoc duties, as required

    Key characteristics:

    • Confident in speaking with a wide range of individuals, from CEO's and Financial Directors to Accountants and HMRC agents.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Team worker and problem solving
    • Able to interact with individuals from lots of different teams
    • Confidential – needs to be comfortable dealing with sensitive information
    • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, especially excel & word
    • Use of Salesforce, Xero, Bright HR – desirable but not essential

    The package on offer is a basic salary of £30-£35k depending on previous experience. Office hours are 9-5:30. This is an involved and hands on role and therefore requires someone to be in the office 4 x days per week.

    Benefits package includes;

    • Holiday entitlement of 25 days per year with an additional day awarded for your birthday
    • Holiday entitlement will increase by 2 days after 2 years and 1 day per annum of service thereafter to a maximum of 30 days
