Are you ready to step into a pivotal role as a true Business Partner in a leading retail PLC's business transformation journey?

We are partnering with a leader in the Retail industry in their search for a commercially focused Finance Manager to join their London based team and add real value to the business

This role is a key player in one of the group's key strategic pillars of the business transformation. You'll business partner with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders and will have end-to-end ownership of business cases.

What are your key responsibilities?

• Business partner to finance and non finance stakeholders at all levels, to support commercial decision making and the execution of the strategy.
• Support on optimisation of the Business Unit's strategy.
• Develop end-to-end financial business cases and ensuring robust financial evaluation.
• Own and deliver strategic property projects working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including in house tax and legal teams.

What skills do you need?

• Qualified Accountant with post qualification experience as a Business Partner.
• Excellent analytical skills, including investment appraisal experience and building of evaluation models.
• Ability to influence both finance and non-finance colleagues at senior level, including ability to present complex information clearly and simply.
• Collaborative approach, with natural style that builds strong network with finance colleagues across all Business Units.
