    We are seeking a high calibre Asset Manager with versatility and desire to get involved with many aspects of an exciting real estate disruptor.

    The overall objective of this role is to take responsibility for the asset management and investment performance of several statement buildings which include The Mailbox in Birmingham and Bridgewater Place in Leeds.

    A prime regional office-led, mixed-use asset of 696,865 sq ft in central Birmingham. With 43 tenants, the office element is occupied by blue-chip tenants including BBC, WSP and IWG. A landmark office-led, mixed-use, multi-tenanted building located in Leeds CBD providing circa 250,000 sq ft.

    The asset is under-going a refurbishment programme, with energy efficient improvements and cladding insulation replacement to achieve EPC rating A and BREEAM Excellent.

    Asset management including, but not limited to, new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, lease expiries, surrenders, forfeitures, lease regears and client reporting.


    • Developing and implementing value-add asset management strategies.
    • Ensuring the accuracy of tenancy data.
    • Maximising rent collection.
    • Managing third party service providers including: letting agents, solicitors, property managers and building surveyors.
    • Financially appraising the viability of capex projects.
    • Implementing and overseeing refurbishment programmes and asset repositioning.
    • Inspecting assets and progressing of any resulting actions which may include issues of repair, occupation and common parts management.
    • Reviewing and approval of service charge budgets.
    • Assisting in the sourcing, modelling, inspecting and carrying out required due diligence for acquisitions.
    • Commercial acumen
    • Intermediate MS office skills
    • Ability to deliver value-add across a variety of real estate asset classes
    • Experience in the production of reports for senior colleagues and/or clients
