- Ensure effective and timely delivery of supplier services to agreed timescales, service requirement, scope and quality
- Manage the contract to ensure that services are delivered to the agreed standard
- Track and control contractors and provide clear and timely reporting to the Regional Manager or Contract Support Manager
- Supervise and deliver contracted services in accordance with agreed processes and service level agreements to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
- Deliver what was promised, on time and with no/minimal impact on business continuity
- Track and monitor supplier costs and provide clear and timely reporting of variances to the Regional Manager or Contract Support Manager
- Supervise and develop people to promote high morale and motivation
- Continually drive the team transformation toward excellence
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships based on open and honest communication with client representatives to ensure confidence in our business and to present a credible and professional image
- Requires specialist Facilities Management knowledge and high degree of initiative, creativity with a wide scope for discretion
- Hard FM - Preferably a technical, Mechanical, Electrical or related experience/understanding
- Security clearance to a high government level will be required
- Currently working towards or hold ONC and HNC or Btect level 4 & 5
- Proven track record of achievement in a commercial, client-facing role
- Experience of supervising facilities services in Public Sector Commercial office environment
- Experience supervising diverse teams over a mixed portfolio of locations
- Develop effective teams in order to meet customer and contract needs

Job Description
As Facilities Site Manager, you will be ensuring that your teams and our supply partners deliver a safe compliant service on time and to budget with strong attention to detail, while maintaining excellent working relationships with the client, other ISS Teams and building users.
In this role, you will supervise your team and responsibilities effectively at all times to ensure high levels of individual and collective performance delivering the contractual KPI's as a minimum.
ISS will be working with the GPA under contract to a High-Profile Client. For this role security clearance to a high government level will be required which must be maintained throughout the term of this role.
