Description

Full Time, Fixed Term for 12 months MAT cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our expanding parks volunteer programme, whilst our current postholder is on maternity leave.

You will support staff and communities to lead and deliver a range of volunteer activities to benefit parks and green spaces across the city.

You will provide training and logistic support and look to develop new volunteer programmes in partnership with Your Park Bristol and Bath.

Whilst you will lead some volunteer tasks, this role is more about creating the right conditions for volunteering activity to grow and thrive.

We are looking for someone with great communication skills, who understands what motivates people to volunteer with direct experience of doing this to good effect.
