- Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Assisting in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Providing financial insight for decision-making processes.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to financial reporting.
- Working closely with other departments to drive financial performance.
- Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency within the department.
- Supporting internal and external audits as needed.
- Engaging in continuous professional development within the Property industry.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Recognised professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, ICAS, ICAEW or equialent)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- An ability to work well within a team and independently.
- A competitive salary ranging from £54,000 to £66,000 per annum.
