Description
Our client is currently looking to recruit a fully experienced motor dealer Service Advisor, who has excellent communication skills.

Required for this franchised motor dealership, you will be required to:


  • Handle customer enquiries.
  • Book customers in.
  • Arrange collections/deliveries.
  • Produce job cards.
  • See customers in.
  • Obtain fleet authorisations.
  • Price up and sell additional work.
  • Keep customers informed of progress/delays.
  • Invoice.
  • Handle payments.
  • Hand over vehicles.

Hours:
Mon - Fri 7:30am/8:00am - 5:00pm/5:30pm. Sat rota.

Wage:
£21,500 - £27,000. OTE £29k. - £34k.
