2nd Line IT Support Technician - Poole, United Kingdom - Bond Williams
Description
PLEASE NOTE:
This role operates a 24x7 shift pattern, which involves 12 hours per shift, 4 days or nights on and 4 days or nights off (alternating)
Essential Requirements:
- Relevant and recent experience working in a 2nd line IT support or IT service desk environment
- Technical skills must include TCP/IP, DNS, AD/Group Policies, Anti-Virus, Networking (routers/switches/WAP's)
- Accreditations or experience must include Microsoft Server/Desktop Operating Systems, Exchange, RDS, Office 365, VMware/Virtualisation, Citrix, Firewalls, Backup, Telephony.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience or understanding of Storage (SAN/NAS), Powershell Scripting, Azure, IOS, SQL, Linux, Symantec Cloud, Webroot, Appsense, Cisco, CheckPoint, Ruckus, Accountancy or CRM systems
Salary and Benefits:
The basic salary is £30,000 plus a £5,000 shift allowance making this £35,000 p.a
