    As a Compliance and Risk Reporting Analyst at DWF, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Enterprise Risk Manager and contributing to the success of our Risk and Excellence will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, analysis, and commentary writing to develop comprehensive reports for management review. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying key business risks through root cause analysis and trended statistics, and you will provide valuable insights to enhance our risk and compliance activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigations and analysis to generate insightful commentary for management reporting.
  • Perform in-depth root cause analysis and trended statistics for key business risks.
  • Identify areas for improvement in risk and compliance activities and provide focused support to the Risk and Excellence team.
  • Create and maintain systems of data, ensuring consistency and high standards.
  • Produce data outputs to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Support the Enterprise Risk Manager in monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of risk controls and actions.
  • Assist in risk incident management and the maintenance of Group Policies to ensure relevance and accessibility.
  • Aid in the maintenance and continued rollout of certification to ISO9001.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Management & Information Systems Manager to develop and maintain data systems for risk assurance.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a Risk or Compliance Analyst/Executive/Assistant or a Graduate interested in moving into risk and compliance work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
