Description
A well regarded, global law firm are currently looking for a L&D Assistant to join their team of L&D professionals.
The L&D Assistant will be responsible for the day to day administrative duties and smooth running of the Learning & Development department.
- Manage the administration for all Learning & Development events
- Recording all training attendance and feedback
- Updating and maintaining records and data
- Facilitating and coordinating training
- Building relationships with 3rd party trainers and organisations
- Ensure all new starters are registered for the relevant training
- Work closely with the Head of L&D to develop internal processes
- Adhoc project work
