    About You

    Do you possess experience of successfully selling within an estate agency, letting agency environment or within property sales? Are you naturally confident, emphatic and an articulate communicator? Customer centric? A highly motivated and performance driven and proactive individual who thrives on problem solving with tenacity and an open mind?

    If so, we have a unique and exciting opportunity for you to join are rapidly expanding talented Resales Teams as an Assistant Property Consultant. We are seeking to appoint customer focussed individuals who have a dedicated working style with enthusiasm and drive are highly organised and can manage a substantial workload efficiently and effectively with a keen, "can do" attitude.

    The Role

    You will be responsible for supporting the Property Consultants in achieving, with the view to exceeding, instructions and sales in line with monthly and quarterly targets on developments within designated geographical area and deputise for them during times of absence.

    Our Assistant Property Consultants will liaise with vendors and potential purchasers to ensure they fully understand the services offered by McCarthy Stone Resales in conjunction with all parties involved in the sale process to ensure they are fully informed on progress, ensuring all required documentation is completed by vendor, purchaser, and their solicitors timely and without delay to the sale process.

    The role will be based at our Head Office in Bournemouth, we have adopted a hybrid way of working which typically requires 2 or 3 days a week in the office, with the remainder working from home.

    • Web-based sales system and other associated systems are used on a daily basis; a good standard of computer literacy is essential
    • Knowledge and be conversant with the Consumer Protection Regulations, Anti Money Laundering Regulations and the Property Ombudsman code of conduct
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Work well under pressure
