  • Realise Futures is delivering Multiply Suffolk in partnership with Suffolk County Council and MENTA. The ideal candidate for the Multiply Suffolk Senior Quality and Compliance Trainer role will be someone who is enthusiastic about quality and compliance. They will need a proven track record of tutoring and building rapport with people from a variety of backgrounds and setting realistic and achievable goals so that the person they are supporting can take small steps to achieve. The role holder will support our team of coaches who in turn, support our learners who struggle with numeracy and have barriers to learning and achieving in employment due to learning difficulties, autism, mental health difficulties, criminal convictions, and other challenges.

    The Multiply Suffolk Senior Quality and Compliance Trainer will be responsible for checking the quality of Multiply documentation and support the team to be contract compliant, they will also have their own caseload of learners and will conduct a holistic needs assessment to develop a mutually agreed plan to address individual needs and aspirations.

    The Multiply Suffolk Senior Quality and Compliance Trainer will deliver clear pathways for Multiply Suffolk learners with the opportunity to take steps towards breaking down barriers to work and health alongside being able to increase understanding and confidence in numeracy. They will forge strong links with the VCSE (Voluntary, Community, Social Enterprise) sector to offer a holistic approach which meets the needs of Suffolk's most vulnerable people.

    You will need to be an engaging, motivated and innovative professional who will deliver a bespoke, holistic and integrated coaching service for adults with disabilities and health conditions. Knowledge of and strong links within your local community is critical to the success of the delivery of this service. It is important that you have a good understanding of coaching and how to adapt theories and tools to meet the needs of learners alongside knowledge of local labour market trends to give appropriate information advice and guidance (IAG). Strong organisational skills and the ability to accurately record data are integral to the role.
