We are on the lookout for an


EMEA:

Payroll Transition Lead to head up a large scale project, handing over new payrolls to the existing payroll operational team.

This is a 12 month contract (on a day rate), with possible extension.


Client Details

  • Operate in over twenty countries globally
  • Payroll Team responsible for over 7,000 people
  • Market Leaders within the Manufacturing and Production Sector
  • Global Coverage
  • Berkshire Based site in the UK up north also (ad hoc travel required)

Description




EMEA:
Payroll Transition Lead

  • Create an effective transition plan, in correlation with the current payroll implementation scope, schedule and budget requirements
  • Work closely with global/in country payroll
  • Produce supporting documentation
  • Create workshops and meetings to support the transition provide the stakeholders with clear insight of changes
  • Manage risk associated
  • Work closely with tehe BAU/Change Team ensure employee communication

Profile




EMEA:
Payroll Transition Lead

  • Previously designed and documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
  • Completed multiple life cycles of projects exposure to BAU/Project/Transformation work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Carry strong team building

Job Offer




EMEA:
Payroll Transition Lead

  • Full Time, Day Rate for 12 months minimum
  • Berkshire based site up north with ad hoc travel
  • Hybrid but office days needed to meet with key stakeholders
  • Salary: circa £90,000 per annum
  • Possible Extension Required
