    Description

    We are delighted to be partnering with a well esteemed HR & Payroll Services provider who are looking to appoint a HR & Payroll Services Manager on a 6-9 month interim contract.

    This will be a fully remote position but the successful candidate will be required to travel to Worcester a few times a month.

    Ensuring the smooth delivery of the HR and payroll shared service, ensuring they adhere to contractual and KPI obligations
    Supporting the leadership team in the delivery of any projects
    Leading, mentoring and developing the HR and payroll team
    Monitoring efficiencies with a focus on digital automation to reduce costs
    Meeting contractual requirements and reporting on performance to internal and external stakeholders
    Developing and conducting quality checks as required to ensure compliance
    Conducting and documenting 1-2-1 performance review with direct reports
    Working closely with finance colleagues for monthly and period payroll related activities
    Managing a Payroll team
    Experience of Oracle and/or iTrent systems

    37 hours per week (Mon – Fri)
