A dynamic and growing law firm are looking for a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their team in Newcastle.

• Advise in relation to aspects of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions.
• Setting high standards of client care and customer service and providing the highest standard of legal advice.
• Taking instructions from clients.
• Drafting the necessary legal documents and contracts for each case.
• Representing clients in court where necessary.
• Carrying out and checking precontract searches.
• Dealing with all financial aspects of a transaction.
• Exchange contracts and complete the transaction.
• Facilitating the effective running of the department on a daytoday basis.

• You will have at least 2 years relevant experience.
• You will be results driven and comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic legal environment.
• You will be able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• You will have exceptional drafting skills and be able to demonstrate knowledge across all aspects of the residential sector.

• Salary up to £45,000.
