In a 3-4 Year Programme (performance dependant), you will progress through Energetics recognised milestones, including completion of a HNC in your chosen field, and mixture of housing, industrial/commercial and Electrical Vehicle Charging projects.

Throughout your development your experience, knowledge and qualification levels will rise, resulting in higher personal benefits at pre-defined stages of the programme.


You'll learn to manage a portfolio of multi utility design projects ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards and technical policies and bulletins, using all your skills to manage all aspects of the design life cycle of the project.

More importantly, you'll have the chance to work with people who are innovative and creative and as part of that team, you will deliver 1st class results.

Interviews/Assessment date w/c 11th March.
Anticipated Start Date is April/May.
