Description
We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join an established progressive business with offices around the world. You will be working in the St. Albans showroom office, working for the Contracts Department.
You will be ensuring a smooth process from receiving quotes through to handing over to Installations, developing and maintaining key relationships and ensuring customers order invoices, payments and commercial enquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Accuracy and detail orientated will be key talents especially with data when using spread sheets. You will be proactive and have a willingness to be involved in all aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes and tenders
- Review contracts and sales paperwork
- Raise orders and invoices, process and allocate payments
- Monitor samples supply and approvals
- Enter data for sales and finance onto excel spreadsheets and NAV system
- Coordinate ongoing projects alongside the Project Manager to meet contract deadline
- Follow up on unconfirmed quotes, overdue payments and outstanding orders
- Prepare Operations and Maintenance Manuals
What the employer is looking for:
- Interior design, home improvement background beneficial
- High levels of accuracy especially when using spreadsheets
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with excellent grammar
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Good computer and IT literacy (experience with Microsoft Office and NAV is beneficial)
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service and relationship building
- Professionalism and the ability to represent a highend brand
- Resilience and a cando attitude to problem solving
- Ability to adapt and learn on the job
