Do you have experience of working in a mental health setting? We are currently looking for a Team Leaders to join our service in Ilkeston, to work three 12hr shifts per week, with both day and night shifts available, with the opportunity to pick up more shifts at any of our Company sites.


What we'd like from you:

  • Previous experience within a healthcare setting required.
  • Care Certificate /NVQ QCF Health & Social Care L2 willing to work to L
  • Previous experience leading a team required.
  • A strong sense of responsibility.
  • Reliable & trustworthy.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility and strong "can do" attitude.
  • Quality orientation.
