    We are recruiting an ambitious and dynamic Sales professional to join a sales team based at a new sales site based in Solihul. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in face to face selling, ideally from within a high value furniture retail, luxury product or the Kitchen and Bathroom sector.

    Crane are an established family business with 50 years' experience designing and manufacturing luxury garden buildings. With the proposal of new showrooms opening across the UK, they are always on the lookout for ambitious, creative, and collaborative people to join their sales team.

    As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for selling a range of luxury, garden buildings direct to the customer. You do not need to be a design genius as you will be provided with all the tools & training necessary to be successful in the role.

    Our Sales Design Consultants come from a variety of backgrounds. Previous sales experience is highly desirable; however a confident, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is a must.

    The role of a Sales Design Consultant:

    As a confident and outgoing person, you will use your consultative approach and customer service expertise to guide customers through the selection process and help them realise their vision of the ultimate garden building, offering a range of bespoke features and colours that best compliments their outdoor space.

    As an Ideal candidate you will demonstrate:

    • Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build relationships
    • Sales & Service driven, with a creative and inspiring personality
    • Able to discover and overcome objections and close sales
    • Highly organised with and eye for detail
    • Enthusiasm to become an expert in the full product range
    • Experience using a CRM system would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
