Our client is a successful global alternatives asset manager. They are hiring a London based Compliance Officer with a focus on supporting on their FATCA and CRS regulations.

Key responsibilities:

assist in the development and maintenance of the firm's FATCA and CRS responsibilities; contributing to the drafting and implementation of policies, procedures and monitoring requirements applicable with regulatory developments suchas FATCA and CRS, MiFID II, AIFMD, UK Senior Managers Regime & Certification Regime and applicable Money Laundering Regulations; supporting the senior team lead in the provision of regulatory advice to the business; maintaining compliance manuals, policiesand procedures; maintaining relevant Compliance logs; carry out research for key relevant regulatory initiatives through horizon scanning; reviewing investor onboarding for FATCA and CRS requirements for funds across multiple jurisdictions; maintaining relevantlogs and help with the preparation of relevant reporting for FATCA and CRS; conduct the registration of funds for FATCA and ensure up to date logs are maintained and stored; and be involved in the creation of FATCA/CRS training for the business.
