Credit Controller


We have an exciting job opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our Chertsey team on a 12 month FTC.


Purpose


The Credit Controller reports to the Service Collection Team Leader and is responsible to carry out KONE's customer credit management activities.


Key responsibilities:


  • Conducting collection calls in a structured way updating notes in Cora AR
  • Requesting promises to pay from customers, recording them in Cora AR
  • Recording invoice disputes in Cora AR
  • Resolving invoice disputes, to carry out investigation through to root cause resolution and systems or process fix
  • Record credit note request on the Credit Log
  • Responsible for issuing copy invoices and other supporting documents and manual statements from Cora AR
  • Responsible for account reconciliations end to end AR

Performance measures:


  • Cora open error tasks
  • Cora AR
  • Regional Cora cases opened / closed
  • Regional 90+ and 360+ debt reduction
  • Regional Bad debt provision reduction
  • Regional Cash collected as % of total AR by collector
  • Effectiveness of managing dispute resolution

Skills & Experiences:


  • Previous working experience as a Credit Controller is essential
  • Industry / Construction experience is desirable
  • Service background is desirable
  • Customer service experience
  • Good communications in both written & spoken English
  • CRM, Salesforce is beneficial
  • User knowledge of SAP is desirable


  • Sound IT skills

  • Intermediate Excel (pivot, VLU)
  • Good knowledge of O2C process
  • Competent negotiator and influencer
  • Detail focused
