About the Role of Senior PMO Analyst

Responsibilities and experience required for the role of Senior PMO Analyst
Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of business change projects to meet their client's needs.
Capture, define, and manage project requirements efficiently.
Uphold project management standards and processes.
Conduct impact assessments for new projects to inform demand planning and cost vs. benefits.
Lead project delivery from discovery to warranty phase.
Oversight of the PMO and project management teams.
Ensure Project Managers adhere to the group PM framework
Experience required for the position of Senior PMO Analyst
Significant Proven project management track record across Change.
Recent team management and coaching experience.
PMO proficiency, including frameworks and governance knowledge.
Skilled in stakeholder management.
Flexible approach to meet deadlines and adapt to changing scope.
Project Management certification (e.g., Report writing and planning expertise.
Experience with a financial services business will be a massive advantage but not essential
