    As a Business Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable energy, leveraging market intelligence, and coordinating pivotal projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Development and Market Analytics: Follow up with prospective clients, manage the CRM system, and maintain a tender tracker. Prepare presentations and coordinate with marketing consultants to support branding efforts.
    • Tender Support: Attend customer meetings, collaborate on tender compilations, ensure timely submissions, and maintain a bid deliverables matrix. Develop and manage a tender content library.
    • Director Support: Organise meetings, prepare briefing materials, and manage company secretarial duties. Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
    • Marketing and Communications Support: Assist in developing communication materials, managing social media campaigns, and planning corporate events.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Essential Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management. Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
    • Experience Requirements: Proven track record in bid document preparation and understanding of bid processes (RFIs, RFQs).
