Join our team at a SEMH School located in Banbury, Oxfordshire and make a real difference to the lives of students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH).

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join us as a Learning Support Assistant.


As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one and/or group support to students with SEMH needs, working alongside our SENCO to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs), and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

You will also assist with the development of students' social, emotional and behavioural skills and engage with parents and carers as necessary.


In return, we offer a long-term role across 5 days a week between 8.30am and 3:30pm and a commitment to your training and development.

Our school places a strong emphasis on supporting our staff to provide the best support possible for our students.
