    About the role

    We are in search of a highly skilled Marketing Operations Program Manager to lead and optimize our marketing operations initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing processes, lead management, data optimization and martech stack.

    As the Marketing Operations Program Manager, you will take charge of developing and refining our lead scoring model, lead routing processes and data enrichment strategies - working as a key conduit between our Growth, Marketing, Sales and Product teams. You will also lead key growth programs and initiatives such as full-funnel campaigns, optimizing product-led growth funnels, and other programs requiring a high degree of cross-team collaboration.

    This role requires a data-driven thinker with strong program and project management expertise, as well as a deep understanding of Salesforce and other marketing automation tools.

    You'll be responsible for

    • Lead Scoring: Ownership of the lead scoring model, ensuring it accurately prioritizes leads based on key criteria and aligns with our business objectives.
    • Lead Routing: Ownership of lead routing processes, designing and implementing efficient workflows to ensure leads are properly assigned and followed up on in a timely manner.
    • Data Enrichment: Ownership of data enrichment strategies, overseeing efforts to enhance the quality and completeness of our marketing database through various data sources and tools.
    • Data Management: Ensure smooth data synchronization across our tech stack by working closely with Data and Sales Ops teams.
    • Campaign Management: Serve as the marketing project manager for integrated campaigns from inception through to execution and measurement.
    • Goal Setting & Reporting: Develop data-driven measurement plans which contain benchmarks and goals for each upcoming program or campaign.
    • Performance Measurement: Monitor performance, develop insights from data - and make recommendations and implement optimisations across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a data-driven marketing operations role, with a strong focus on lead management, data optimization, and program management, in a B2B tech environment
    • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing lead scoring models, lead routing processes, and data enrichment strategies.
    • Proficiency in key digital marketing channels and tactics, with experience driving integrated campaigns and full-funnel experiments
    • Experience with product-led and sales-led growth journeys in a B2B tech context, and optimizing lead flows and sales processes for these motions
    • Solid experience in program and project management, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
    • In-depth understanding of Salesforce and martech - with hands-on experience of benchmarking, implementing and managing new tools.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze datasets, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
